Leap29 Winners at the Greater Manchester Business Awards 2021

Leap29 trusted Global Recruitment and PEO Partner, was awarded Employer of the Year at the Greater Manchester Business Awards 2021.
The Greater Manchester Business Awards, organised by Rich Media Group, recognises outstanding business achievement in the Greater Manchester region. Now in its fifth year, the awards evening was a glittering black-tie event at the new Central Manchester-based Hotel Brooklyn.
During the night they recognised and celebrated a number of business achievements including wellbeing the workplace, lockdown virtual business, business of the year, keyworker support, employer of the year and businessperson of the year.
For the Employer of Year, the judges focused on how an organisation treats their employees and what an organisation does to go above and beyond as an employer.
Leap29 were up against some tough competition in the shortlist, including Millbrooke Dedicated Lettings, Glossop Cartons, Jobwise Ltd and Realm Recruit.
Prior to the evening, Rich Media Group visited the Leap29 office and interviewed Nathan Ward, Leap29’s Managing Director and Andrea Mason, Leap29’s HR and Talent Acquisition Manager.
Nathan and Andrea discussed Leap29’s company culture and their approach to making sure all their employees feel happy and engaged. They talked about their people’s partnership, companywide share scheme, employee benefits, peer to peer recognition scheme and flexible working approach.

Andrea Mason Leap29’s HR and Acquisition Manager added, “We are overjoyed to be presented with this award! Plus, it was so wonderful to be ‘out out’ on a work event again celebrating our achievements as a business.”
