Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce: Welcoming NBCC’s new President; Maren Strandevold

After five years as the President of the NBCC, Annett Abo will be handing her leadership responsibilities over to a new executive team and we are delighted to announce Maren Strandevold‘s appointment as the new President of the NBCC, effective from 2 April 2024. Maren has been a supporter and long-standing member of the NBCC and a Council member for the last five years. Her experience both as a lawyer and through her work for the NBCC makes her the ideal new leader to steer our organisation into its next chapter.

In addition, we are pleased to strengthen our Council leadership with the appointment of Eirik Rong and Philip Rambech as Vice Presidents. We are confident their expertise and dedication will significantly contribute to the NBCC’s continued success.

The NBCC team looks forward to this new chapter under Maren, Eirik and Philip’s leadership.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Annett for her time as President. Annett’s tenure has been marked by significant growth and success and she has made important contributions to the NBCC. We are grateful for the dedication and energy she has invested over the last five years.
