Step Change in Safety | Dunston Hall, Norwich | 7 May

Hosted in collaboration with EEEGR (East of England Energy Group), this event will be a high value sharing and learning opportunity split across two sessions:

Safe Space (morning): led by Oliver Cleveland (Perenco) with permission from Shell UK explores a gas release incident on a Normally Unattended Installation, highlighting long-term systemic changes and key safety learnings. The session emphasizes management of change, corrosion risks, MAH barrier assurance, and emergency preparedness.

Human Factors in the Workplace (afternoon): An interactive session by SCiS HF Workgroup Co-Chairs explores how Human Factors (or Performance Influencing Factors) impact individual and team performance. Attendees will engage in discussions to identify workplace challenges and enhance awareness of key influencing factors.
