Westray Recruitment Group Delivers Strategic Senior Appointments to Support Subsea Energy Solutions' Growth

Westray Recruitment Group, the industry leading recruitment partner within the North of England, have supported a global engineering business Subsea Energy Solutions with two senior appointments. Ryan Noble joins as Managing Director and Giedrius Ilginis joins as Sales Manager at Subsea Energy Solutions.

Subsea Energy Solutions (SES) is a global equipment manufacturer in the offshore energy industry based in the North East of England.

Following the investment from Topp Holdings GmbH in 2023, Subsea Energy Solutions have seen rapid growth in their business due to the success of its patented SUB-FLEX™ product. SUB-FLEX™ is now deemed as the best cable protection system for the fixed & floating wind industry.

Both placements are part of the company’s move to install the management structures required to operate at the highest international levels. The company is planning to more than treble its turnover within the next three years.
